The staff was pleasant and helpful during our stay.

Upon checking in, the elevator was out of service for hours, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the fridge in our room was not working, causing us to store perishables in a cooler. Breakfast was disappointing. the scrambled eggs were overcooked and brown on one side, and there was hardly anything in the snack store.

Just a suitable option for a weekend getaway in Big Spring with good price-quality ratio. I appreciated that they worked with us to keep the cost down. Parking might be tricky, so arriving early could help you secure a spot.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the awesome variety of breakfast, which my grandkids loved! The staff was super friendly, and the outdoor area was a great spot for the family to chill out after our long drive through Texas.

The bathroom had all the essentials like complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, which added to the convenience.

However, the breakfast experience fell flat. There was no toaster available for bagels, and the juice machine was broken.

my stay was enhanced by the hotel's prime location, just over 3 km from the beautiful Big Spring State Park, a perfect spot for walking and enjoying nature. I loved how the nearby Heritage Museum of Big Spring, only 2 km away, allowed me to explore local history without any hassle. the friendly staff made everything feel welcoming, and I truly appreciated the variety offered at breakfast which set me off on a good start every morning.
